box not playing

i have a pce box on telewest that wont go past the loading screen!!!! HELP

Only things you can do for yourself. Unplug from wall. Leave for at least 30 seconds. Check cables at the rear are secure (hand tight). Take the card from the front and wipe it on a clean dry cloth. Replace the card. Power up.

It it works, great. If not call faults.

If it was the fuse you would not get any power to it at all

check telewest server status an the bottom of this screen there are several outages
