Slow NTL Connection

Hello All,

I have had NTL for 9 months now and never had a problem with it. I share a connection with 3 others via a router and found the service to be fine.

3 weeks ago my router died on me and ever since i got a new one, the connection with NTL seems to be painfully slow esp with loading up web pages. The problem seems to be worse with pages I have log in to e.g. bank a/c, hotmail, yahoo email, ebay login.

Does anyonw know if there is a problem with this? If not - can I fix it ? Is it my router?

Any help much appreciated

Cheers

More info may help

Have a look here for some stuff which is usually helpful for people trying to figure out someone's problem - http://www.cableforum.co.uk/board/sh...ad.php?t=15305

Also...

What make/model router?

What's your location?

What speed service?

etc
