Photos to DVD fancy software package, which one?

Hey Guys and Gals.
Im after a package a bit like what Macromedia Authorware can do (except it produces .exe files ) to edit and put my pictures onto a DVD.
I Basically want to make a slide show like affair, but make it interesting so add music, distortion on the photos, effects and transitions. Then burn it to a DVD so anyone can use it!
Anyone know any software circa the £25 - 30 mark I can do this with.
As Id really like to put together some wedding and christening photos and make them something memorable to keep.

Thanks all.

QVC - Deluxe 3 Photo CD & DVD - looks promising when they show it in the computer hour

CD, not DVD, but free http://www.gocyberlink.com/english/e...me/details.htm
