Problem with Philips DVDR80 controlling Samsung STB

Sorry if this has been asked somewhere before but i've searched everywhere on here for the answer and can't see it.

I have a Philips DVDR80/051 (DVD Recorder) which has a built in EPG (Guide Plus+) i've just had my PACE STB replaced with a Samsung box and can not get it to be controlled by Guideplus. I had this working fine with the Pace box by using the REDEYE remote contoller. However, as the samsung box uses the standard Infra Red that the pace box didn't there is no need for the red-eye remote. The problem is i can't find the correct setting in the set-up on the DVDR80.

Has anyone else had a smililar problem and knows how to set it up?
