FX Channel on TeleWest Cable TV

Does TeleWest have any plans to introduce the Fx Channel on cable TV.
It seems that having had to move from SKY Plus to Telewest I have been disadvantaged by the loss of channels. Has anyone else had this experience.
there is a rumour that ntl and Telewest are to merge in the near ffuture. Will this automatically provide the FX channel.

Re: FX Channel on TeleWest Cable TV

Not sure what might happen after the merger - but I am currently seeking clarification from Telewest to see if there is any plans to add this channel to their lineup in the near future. Hope to have an answer for you shortly.

In the meantime - welcome to the site.

Re: FX Channel on TeleWest Cable TV

I'd imagine that after the merger the line-ups will be the same which will see Telewest gain a number of channels which are currently on ntl but not on Telewest, such as FX and Sky Mix.

Re: FX Channel on TeleWest Cable TV

Telewest have got back to me this morning and reported that there is no current plans to carry this channel. If and when there will be, Telewest said they would be happy to update us. Telewest also state that if their customers take an interest in wanting the channel, please use the following Telewest feedback facility. I have been assured that any and all feedback received, is taken into consideration.

I added it as you were posting - Darn it I thought no-one had noticed. But someone always notices something. Haha.
