Smile AgentSvr.exe Application Error
From time to time when I close Microsoft Outlook I get this message:-

AgentSvr.exe - Application Error

The instruction at "0x0162107b" referenced memory at "0x0177d288".The memory could not be "read".

Click on OK to terminate the program

Does anyone know what I have to do to resolve this please?

Or try a repair install of Office. Agentsvr.exe is (I believe) used to control "Clippy" the paperclip.
