Link issue

Hiya Guys,Gals.

I have a issue regarding opening links.

If i click make new id on Yahoo messenger it does nothing, also if I click a link sent via MSN messenger it does nothing, same again if the link is on this forum like www.yahoo.com it wont do anything I have to copy and paste everything.

Anyone know whats going on, I have just removed Firefox 1.03 from this laptop as my new pc is coming and my girlfriend hates Firefox.

Now this has happened I am getting earache that Firefox has caused this yet, I have cleaned the registry and cache of both browsers and reset IE6 to defaults and checked it for spyware anything and nothing showing up?

Just after that I can open links like the yahoo one in the above post but a friend sent a link to a page on his forum which I know works in MSN and nothing happens.

Same on another forum its like something is messing with what I can click and can't.

Do not know if this is related but my mouse keeps flying to the left corner for no reason as well ????

Re: Link issue

usually this is because urlmon.dll needs to be re-registered.

to do this:

start > run > type:

regsvr32 urlmon.dll

click ok.

try again and good luck
