browsin / downloading speeds
I upgraded to 1mbit last week and was very happy with the results. but due to a hard drive fail i have re-installed xp on a second hd.
now my browsing speeds are still very good, but my download speeds are c**p. before i was getting 120kbps now i am lucky to get 40kbps
can you look at the following, and let me know what you think.
