Breastfeeding bill ~ can you help?
Hiya,
Forgive for the short and sweet intro .
I am Claire, age 23, a student midwife, who was directed to this site to gain some signatures for a petition. (thanks paul x )
The petition is to have the Scottish breastfeeding bill extended to cover the rest of the UK.
I am involved with WWW.THEWAYNATUREINTENDED.ORG who are a group of midwives, mums and student midwives who are campaigning for our breastfeeding clients to have equal rights with bottle feeding ones.
If you support us please sign our petition (it's available through the website above)
Cheers for your time
Claire X

Don't know what you mean
Glad you finally made it over, told you the team are good at allowing debates like this
Oh and can I just say that I'm all for women being allowed to get their breasts out in public (for feeding purposes of course ) and that I would be more than happy to support anyone that did so. I'm sure I'm not the only person here who would be more than happy to lend a hand in this situation

Re: Breastfeeding bill ~ can you help?
I saw the post heading, and was about to reply and say it's bill's mum's responsibility...
really though, it's perfectly natural, but then so's taking a ****. Even farting's socially unacceptable, and that's pretty much uncontrollable. Everywhere should have facilities, but actually whipping it out IN public, that's dodgy ground.

Facilities cost money and very often the space can't be magicked up for them either
