NTL Proxies

Hello

Just wondered if anyone else has come across this problem before, no matter which proxy server I specify to use from Robin Walkers lists I am always pushed through one of the manchester servers (as this is where I am based).

The problem with this is that they are not updating pages etc as I am unable to log into a message board at the moment because of this.

How do I get it so I use a different proxy server, its annoying that I can't seem to get out of the Manchester loop

Have you changed the port? If not it will still go through 80 and your 'given' proxy...

Use 8080

Yeah I have, I have managed to get it to change now, just strange that this happend as it never has before
