ntl Questionnaire on ntlworld.com
http://www.esmaker.com/nx/Public/Sur...2-c16d1ba25c3b
Damn them, look at the options its either, stay ****-poor speeds and be uncapped or go fast and be capped.
Can't we have a happy medium?

Re: ntl Questionnaire on ntlworld.com
Well its on the front of ntlworld.com under On ntlworld - Tue, March 1
It does show you their thinking though, accepting that some people don't want caps, but obviously disregarding the fact their may be slightly heavier users that use > 3gb/month and would like a fast connection.
Also, with it being posted on ntlworld.com, no offense but where the internet newbies would go, would see 'faster with cap and be able to browse 12 000 pages' and think all their Christmasses had come at once with a service like that at an affordable price.
Conclusion? With polls like this, obviously biased at getting the audience for the site at choosing the capped options they want to hear, they now would have extra ammunition for the 'most users want x option', x being the unwanted option to the majority here, i'm guessing.

Re: ntl Questionnaire on ntlworld.com
It's typical of a blinkered marketing department. They're not interested in what you think, just the two options they came up in about two nanoseconds.
Marketers like that should be taken outside and shot. Repeatedly.

I disagree about taking them outside. Execution on the spot would make more of an impression on their colleagues

heh it showed me 2 package choices asking me which I would take.
Said no to both, they were both low priced low usage packages.

Re: ntl Questionnaire on ntlworld.com
What a fixed survey...Talk about narrow choice of questions and answers...That way they can say they asked and that we said that we wanted what the choice was that is now on offer...Cheeky g*ts!!!

Thought the same thing, the survey only covered a small area of whats possible so the result will be grossly inaccurate.

Re: ntl Questionnaire on ntlworld.com
why didn't they just ask whether you want your left eye removed or right eye removed.
