ftp upload times out...

Ok i wanna upload some things to my webspace, but it seems like the server is down or something cos it always times out...

it was working a few days ago but now it don't work =(
(using ftp program and via IE)

Anyone know whats up? (or know an alternative webhost

Yep, still on going, it seems the piece of string connecting the 2 tin cans has snapped and they're trying to get hold of some sellotape to fix it.

^^ Why doesn't that surprise me?

Apparently though the ftp should be fixed by now, but again thats according to the NTL service status. Not going to bother calling CS, haven't done before and judging by some peoples experiences on here, I dont intend to start doing so.
