NTL email being incorrectly forwarded
Hi,
When I originally got my NTL BB, I had an existing dialup account with Easynet, which I kept, as I used it for hosting/mail etc.
So I didn't lose an mail, I forwarded my NTL mail to my easynet account and basically forgot about the NTL email account.
I've now decided to close down the easynet account and use my NTL a/c.
Last night, I signed into the NTL webmail system and removed the forwarding. Since then, I've tried several tests, and any mail sent to my NTL account is still being forwarded to my easynet a/c!
Is there a time delay after removing forwarding until the mail servers are updated to remove the forwarding info? If not, why are my mails still being forwarded?
