Unhappy 2000 Can't Register For BB

Just typical, just glad I am no longer with Cust care and have to take those calls. one of my collegues at work seems to have had one of these installed at the weekend though.

this issue has now been resolved 24 hours early

still 4 days to fix this fault is a bit of a joke
