Exclamation Phillips VL12000 Video Sender

I have just brought the Phillips VL2000 Video sender is works great in the kitchen and other rooms but when I try to move it beyond the kitchen to the bedroom I get not signal, the wall between the kitchen and the bedroom is an old external wall. If I add another receiver in between would this boost the range? Also I am using a scart to RF Convertter could this be causing it? I think the max range from transmitter to receiver is 15-25 metres.

Can anyone help before I take it all back to the shop.

In Hope

Paul

Have you tried moving the transmitter as well as the reciever, maybe higher up the wall onto a shelf.

Hi thanks yes spent 5 hours waving it about in the air yesterday like a mad person, it works if i out the receiver in the hall way and run a co-axel cable from the RF converter to the tv in the bedroom.
