The freeware version of Trillian doesn't support video-conferencing, and I don't believe the Professional version allows multi party conferencing.

Unfortunately, I'm not aware of any that do.

I'm afraid I've not even be able to turn up anything using my best friend (Google). There's something called iVisit that was written by the guy behind CU-SeeMe, but multi-party conferencing is not available in the Lite (free) version, only in the professional version.
