resetting pace stb

i have a pace di 400-tc . how do i reset it ? ive seen a procedure on the nlt part but it refers to a service button which i dont have. also it says it wipes the memory what does this mean. hope someone can help thanks

The easiest way is to turn it off at the wall for 10-15 seconds and then turn it back on.

Heya Ash, welcome to the site. That's right - the quickest and easiest way to restart/reset the box is to turn it off at the wall for around 20 seconds. Don't worry, you won't lose anything - It will wipe the active memory, but it isntantly picks up what channels and so on you're subscribed to and all your personal data from the network.
