Trend Micro inc is to become the new antivrius protection service for microsoft's hotmail email service, the company replaces mcafee as provider of scanning incoming and outgoing mail.

Thanks for that little snippet.

I use Norton, but occasionally tried Trend's Housecall which spotted a Javascript 'virus'. As something of a novice, I understand that this was not too serious.

However, as a non-Hotmail user, I probably won't benefit ...

Speaking of Hotmail, I have a .co.uk addy, everytime a mail arrives it tells me I click on the window and it asks each and everytime apart from a few to sign in with my password.


Which bugs me, I have got the autosign in thing enabled on MSN messenger 6.2, any tips would be wicked.

There us a check box when you go onto the site saying Sign me in automatically
