Chrysalis cf.mega poster Join Date: Sep 2003 Posts: 12,047	Leics - poor performance I have noticed poor performance today on my connection, I am on 750 kbit and normally I can cap downloading to 80kB and my ssh sessions are unaffected. But right now I am getting approximate 50-70kB and ssh is very laggy my connection is barely 75% utilised downstream and my upstream is just ACK packets. This is from a private backup server of mine which isnt congested. Anyone else in Leicester noticed issues?
