Unhappy Looking for fail codes help

Just returned from work to see that my digi box has no picture displayed with err2 message on front display??Can any1 tell me what this is and how i go about rectifying the problem?

err2 means memory failure NEW box required call CS ok

err2 basically means 'oh woe is me, death, destruction, doom and pestilence', or words to that effect. The box is knacked.
