Re: Hub Adres

to the site.

I assume you are asking if Telewest operate a DC++ hub. If you are, I don't think they do.

You may find that some Telewest users operate a hub though.

As this is not specifically a NTL problem, I have moved it to Computers and IT.

Re: Hub Adres

It would be funny to call tech support and ask them this question though. I can imagine the conversation going something like this...

caller: "Hello, can you tell me the address of your hub?"
cs: "Er... Which hub would that be, sir?"
caller: "I don't know, but I'm trying to connect to it using DC++"
cs: "Okay.... Stand up slowly and step away from the computer"

Re: Hub Adres

A bit like the post I was reading on a certain quality assurance site for Video CDs that some people may have heard of. The poster was claiming that his friend called up his ISP and complained that he couldn't download Aeon Flux from a newsgroup and what was his ISP going to do about it.

I wonder what the ISP did? LOL.
