has anyone sufferred a total loss of DTV and BB service in the Hemel Hempstead, west Hertfordshire (HP) region?
It's been off since this morning and ntl in their (lack of) wisdom shuts their customer services and faults centre on Sundays so I can't really do much but hope and wait.
