Question to the old time users

Ok, after having digi now for a few weeks, im getting fedup with it crashing so much.

is that bloody normal or what ? im talking about 8/10 crashes a day here

tbh i would switch back to analouge but i know it cant be done.

so do i have to live with it or is there a fix ?

note, its the latest pace box , nothing played with or moded , tis just a stock box in leicester

My DTV used to be terrible. Crashes, really slow channel changing, etc. I got a new Samsung box for my supposed BB upgrade, and it fixed all those. Maybe you can try and wrangle one of those?

Re: Question to the old time users

That does sound excessive, so I would definitely resquest a service visit, and they'll probably swap out the box anyway when they come out.

By the way I was told (by someone quite senior) that going back to analogue is possible, but I wouldn't expect anyone in CS to confirm that to you. Also, I'd try out another box before thinking that way.

What are you doing to make it crash by the way? I gave up on using interactive a long time ago as you can never be sure when it will work and when it will crash the box.

Just tell them about the crashes and stuff. If might take them a couple of calls, but if you keep reporting faults, eventually they should sort it.
