NTL Billing problems?

Hello

Right my original problem was with NTL Freedom billing and thats all sorted
Thanks Mark (you are a star!)

Now i get a reminder today for my broadband bill, which i paid on the 16th Oct......and paid £37.99 instead of just the £27.99 required (forward planning you know )

I always pay my bill via online banking (payments) and have never had a problem.

I dont wanna get cut off
I couldnt bare it!!
No Internet!! Arghh!!!

Can someone confirm its all been paid and are NTL having a bit of a mare at the moment.....because ive never had any previous problems...after 2years of fantastic service

Hi John, and

The price for the 1Mb broadband service went up on 1st July from 34.99 to 37.99 per month, although you should now be on 1.5Mb if you're using a Stand Alone Cable Modem (usually a little silver box with 7 lights on the front).
