Is there any website that allowed you to upload pictures like MSN photo's?

Are you looking for storage and viewing only?
Some sites have limitations based around number of photos etc.
Have you tried a google of "photo upload service"? found a couple of places that look promising and a few paid services with fewer limitations.

AFAIKR, Yahoo groups allowed you to upload photo's, AFAIKR they also have a photo storage service too.

I think he wants to store photo's online rather than have them printed for him.
