the exploit is a hole in internet explorer, if you have the latest patches for your windows then you have nothing to worry about, a patch was issued by microsoft but spybot still detects it, just tick the ignore box in the spybot options for 'dso exploit'.

Spybot S&D will still find it, because it contains an invalid value. Spybot S&D just has to reset that value.
