Where is ITV2?

On my set-top box if i jog through the channels using channel up/down it goes from channel 115 to 117, hence missing ITV2. However, if i key in 117 it wil select and show ITV2. Any ideas why?

Have you re-ordered your channel line up or set any favourites?

Sorry, I'm missing something here, you say it skips from 115 to 117 missing ITV2 ?

Since 117 is ITV2, what do you mean it skips it

Re: Where is ITV2?

Mine used to do this frequently ... Grrrrr, it was a fault with the box.

I had to use the menu system to set the channel numbers back to default.

(This was after doing it the first time manually ... DOH!!)

Re: Where is ITV2?

You can reorder channels - so they keep the same channel number so direct entry still works - but up/down will be a different order.

Re: Where is ITV2?

ITV 2 got lost on mine aswell. Had to resort the channel to fix it. Additionally 106 the freebie channel inserted itself all of its own accord.

On a similar note, do anyones channels go wierd about 1am ? I can be watching uk gold and it'll still stay on 300 but the program will chance to sky one or something Fixes itself after a few minutes but most channels numbers are totally screwed for that time.

This has been occurring for years in one form or another. It's about time the problem was fixed once and for all.
