They Got me again

Well on Dial up no return path two neighbours without BB yet it is not an area fault .

Two days for a tech to come out to pronunce the cab is up the creak useless

Well the weather changed the amp stoped over heating and the return path came back.

you could always persuade a couple of local kids to vandalise the cab so that NTL are forced to work on it.....

The worst thing about it is that they are aware of the problem and do nothing to solve it .

Its an inherant design fault either with siting the cab or the size of the cab which costs them money.

Either with TECH visits or by components braking due to excessive Heat.

next time you see an engineer there offer him a PSU fan from a PC lol, see if he will fit it in the cab as that would increase air flow & prevent overheating

redmanc is an unknown quantity at this point
I'd do as mentioned above, get a couple of local kids to reasonably mess it up, at least then they have to do something about it, might mean a couple more days downtime though
