how do you mean check? if you are using windows start > run and type winipcfg or ipconfig or something like that.

there are numerous services available if you want to do an IP backtrace...

I think it was called whoos or somthing but if a ip address was hitting you threw zone alarm you could trace it to see where it was coming from

I mean other peoples address that try to hit you from zone alarm logs
