A few days ago my phone has just completly dead and cannot do anything, so i gave ntl a call and a engineer was met to come today but suprise suprise they never came, has anyone else had this problem. Also am pretty sure it isnt the phone as sky which goes through the same hole in the wall isnt working either
hi and to the site , when you say dead i assume you men both incoming and outgoing ????????? , i also assume you are plugging into the master socket and not an extension ??????????? , there is a phone number to ring for emergency line problems , i am not sure what it is , if you ring ntl now it will give you it as c.s. is closed until the morning
