ntl have some money will leics get complete tv service?

[Chrysalis]

After the broadband upgrades what I want to know is will leicester get digital tv yet after still waiting for years, ntl have some money now it seems and upgrading this must be significantly less then the recent broadband cost as its not nationwide.

Chrysalis: the necessary work and network overbuild to accomplish this is being planned at the moment, check back later in the year.

Actually it is not going to be the cheapest thing in the world as it involvea considerable local network rebuild, but bear with them.
