Re: Help with remote + volume please =)

Well thats perhaps something that could be added to the Knowledgebase.

You would require a new shark remote in either navy/grey (depending on STB and area). I'll see whay I can do for you

Re: Help with remote + volume please =)

Right!
  1. Make sure that the STB volume is at 10!
  2. Press the * key and the setting key and keep them held down for two seconds. The Standy-By button should flash green twice
  3. Type in the three digit code for your TV and press the select/ok key
  4. The Stand-By button should flash green twice acknowledging the code has been accepted
  5. Test the remote by holding down the * and Stand-By key down and if your TV goes into Stand-By you have the correct code.
  6. If this code hasn't worked try the other codes listed for you manufacturer by repeating steps 2-5 until step 6 has worked
Hope this has helped Ramrod

Yours is a Sony so you will need to try the following codes:

316, 319, 322, 365, 366, 367, 368, 369 or 370

Re: Help with remote + volume please =)

It should do. Make sure they are both held down together simultaneously for two seconds until that green light flashes

Just had to do it myself as the remote forgot the code - could have had something to do with the need for a change of batteries
