Re: Gmail Signature pics
it is tahoma, according to photoshop.
check out the attached... one is your name, one is a photoshop template that was floating around the gmail forums
photshoppers just need to change "yourname" to their name, and move the gmail logo slightly...
not sure how PSP handles photoshop templates...

Photoshop on my PC won't open that PSD file, it says there isn't enough RAM. My PC has 512MB of RAM, and as of this moment the vast bulk of it is lying idle (I just did a restart to make sure). Any chance you could re-check that the file didn't corrupt or something? Its size on my desktop is a mere 361k.

Re: Gmail Signature pics
what the hell... i think there is something wrong with your photoshop, i have it just opened now and all it says is "some text layers need to be updated before they are suitable for vector output... do it now?"
i have checked it and it seems fine here... still, the original is at THIS location.... dont ban me for advertising other forums

aaw pants, I can't get the original to open either. Photoshop has never misbehaved on my PC before. Just a thought - which version of Photoshop are you using? Mine is 6, I wonder if the file is v7 only? Guess I could try and open it at home on my lovely Mac this evening, right tools for the job and all that

www.davestones.co.uk/gmail-tiff-ibm.tif (IBM byte order, wahtever that means)
and
www.davestones.co.uk/gmail-tiff-mac.tif (Macintosh byte order, whatever that means)
layered TIFFs for incompatible photoshop... they work here so they should work elsewhere...

Re: Gmail Signature pics
Photoshop refuses to run on my brand new PC, giving 'insufficient memory allocated' even though I've 512mb!
