Spam assistance for Outlook users

http://www.gaznet.com/spam/

This guy updates the "Junk senders" file for outlook every month, just download and place in relevant directory, and it will assist the filtering that Outlook does.

Note: Outlook Express does this differently, and he does not support it.

Correction: His FAQ seems to be out of date, but does support OE from V6
