how to get NTL e-mail account

hi, i just be a BB user by NTL broadband! and feel so happy find this forum!!!
But, how can i get my NTL e-mail account and web-space.
(the cd-rom from NTL always occur errors on my computer .
could anyone help me? thanks first!

Hi Zergchen, Welcome to Cableforum!

Do you know your Username and Password? (DON'T POST THEM HERE!)

If you do you should be able to use The following links:

http://www.ntlworld.com/data-feeds/e...ites/webspace/

http://www.ntlworld.com/help/custome...ourAccount.php

If you Don't, you'll have to call CS to get them - and then you can use the username/password to FTP files to your webspace, and in a programme like outlook express to pick up your email.

It's possible that the registration did not complete properly, this can often happen with Set Tob Box broadband, although less so with Cable Modems.

I am off work until next Thursday, but if someone else on here hasn't sorted it by then, feel free to PM me, I can find out what it is, go through security checks with you, and let you have the details. If one hasn't been created, I can create one for you.
