Anyone else noticed that the current tidal wave of spamvertised porn (hosted by French provider voila, who have done precisely nothing about the offending sites) is largely going to previously spam free addresses. AOL type scenario, maybe?

Hello chopsmcp Yes porn spam is a big problem it has beendiscussed may times on these forums. Get yourself a gmail address and divert all your emails there they are goos at splitting out the spam into another folder and you can delete them whenever you are ready.
Hi Kit. I'm using spampal and OE; even with OE's limited rule set, the porn spam's a minor irritant. Virtually none of it's getting past the server now, and spampal sorts out what does. But it's interesting that the people behind it have clearly got access to a whole heap of ntlworld addies that seem to have previously been clean. I wonder how?
