Wondering if anybody can help,trying to download my e-mails and it keeps stopping on a certain one all the time,it then says please wait server not responding??tried deleating whats there and re-starting but no good,using outlook express if that helps with nav2004,i click on 'wait'that appears but it just keeps coming back,
Any ideas?

But either way, ntl's mail 'service' has not worked consistently well for about 12 months now.

Try checking your email via webmail on www.ntlworld.com or via TELNET. Come back if you need help in doing these.

if it downloads a certain number of your messaages then the connection drops this is usually caused by a message that is either corrupt or very large, so follow inanathuth's advise, and logon to webmail or telnet to clear the messages from the server.
