Re: What would you do for £60,000?
Are you offering to give the money to the person that comes up with the best list?
- Pay off my debts (all except the mortgage, which this amount won't cover);
- Marry Mrs-M-to-Be;
- Buy a second car so that I've got the flexibility to move to a job that I want rather than one that I can get to easily with my current transport arrangements;
- Get some guitar lessons.

Re: What would you do for £60,000?
Ah right, what would you do for rather than what would you do with.
Well, for £60k I'd be prepared to go and work for a professional IT security company either in a Penetration Testing, Digital Forensics, or general Consultancy, role. My preference would be for one of the last two on that list though

Why would I take a substantial pay cut?

Re: What would you do for £60,000?
I certainly wouldn't do anything illegal or immoral for any amount of money and I can't think of anyone who would offer me £60,000 to do anything else.
If someone gave it me with no strings attached I would definitely hit the shoe shops for a day before I became all responsible and sorted out my families begging letters.

I'd be lucky to get 60p for doing that let alone £60,000.

Obviously with taking a paycut, I'd expect a cut in my hours also

Any more offers of payment? only 99998 more laps left to be sponsored before I give it a go.
