Question FTA TV channels available via bypass

I live in the Portsmouth area, and hope that this is an easy question for an NTL supremo to answer!
I get all the normal subscription channels via my STB to watch on my main TV. I also have a bypass filter BYP 402 (obtained privately!) fitted at the back of my STB 4001 . This means I can receive RF signals from BBC1(ch32), BBC2(ch 30), ITV1(26), CH4(28), BBC4/CBeebies(ch23) and one encrypted channel(ch21) that I can't identify properly and whose signal is variable;which allows me to record basic Free To Air channels on video whilst watching NTL channels on the TV.
Question 1 . Is this all I can expect to receive via the bypass?
Q2. should I be able to receive other channels?
Q3. Why can't I receive the other FTA channels that NTL are supposed to transmit over their cable sytem? ie Ch 5, ITV2, BBC3/choice etc?
