TV & BB down at same time

My BB and TV just went off. My cable TV still had the purple channel info at the top of the screen, but a balck screen. My BB wouldn't load up any pages but the Enet green light was still on.

Rang CS they made me turn modem off & STB and then turn on again, all working again now.

CS said no idea what happend, but this hasn't happened in the 2 mths I ve had BB or the 5 yrs I have had cable TV, now digi.

Anyone know what happened and is it somthing to worry about? Hope its not going to be a regular thing?

Cheers

peterska2 can only hope to improve
sounds like it was just a blip to be honest.

I wouldn't worry about it or read too deep into it.

These things happen.

First rule with ntl - if it goes off reboot then ring CS.

95% of the time a reboot fixes it.

I must say mine seems to be doing that lately. Like you say reebooting fixes it but it is a tad annoying. NTL do these things to annoy us I'm sure HornetUK.
