My FRUSTRATION on my latest bill.

Hi,
can someone please point out to me if im correct here, or am i missing something, as im totally confused, peeed off etc etc etc !
( I aint a happy bunny at all....and oh boy, do Telewest know this)
I joined telewest in Feb 2006 (this year) at my new property, I asked when booking the install when TV drive was coming out, and they said " sir, it will be months away". Found out from the installer on his way out of the house that he has TV- Drives in his VAN ready to install as its just been released etc etc.
I phoned telewest about doing a deal, and they promised they could, and i said ill phone back soon and see what they could offer.
(wanted to see what SKY had to offer first)
I phoned in June and because I had that many problems with my £35 a month service (they had to dig drive up and relay a cable etc - then I had to have 4 set top boxes, and teleport replay didnt work for weeks on end etc) they did a deal for the following =
TV drive
Supreme TV package
Standard phone rental
2mb Broadband
Addtional set-top box = ALL THIS FOR £ 50-00
My original deal was
Essential TV package
phone line
2mb broadband = £ 35
Now to me this is a difference of just £15 , which i think is a damm good deal.
I had my first bill come today. Now my last bill was £51 (phone calls included)
and now my new bill with just £20 worth of phone calls is..........
£159!!! !!!.
They said they cant honour the £50 deal I had when i set it up, as they dont have this on there system.
They have charged the whole lot again a month in advance, but shouldnt they only be charging me a month in advance on what I have had added to my service , eg the TV drive?
They now said they are charging me a total of £71.49 for my services.
Phone line = £11
Supreme = £17.50
1 Additional set-top box at £15.00
TV drive = £10.00
Broadband at £17.99
I HAVE GONE MAD AT THEM.
They said that they cant do anything when i spoke to them last night, and i have told them to not take any money out of my account anymore, they said they must do, as its what im getting off them I have to pay for.
can someone advise me please....
1) they have not given me the £50 deal they promised when they set it up.
2) they charged me when i 1st joined them a month advance charge, I then added the TV drive, and upgraged the supreme and they have charged me again for the phone line and the broadband another month ahead
I thought my bill would be from £35 for services to £50 not a jump up to £159.
Sorry for the long post....but im at my wits end.
oh, they took £3-99 off for a goodwill gesture...OH THANKS !
I have told them im going to get some scissors to the cables and rip the whole lot out, they cant work out whats my problem....can anyone see!!!??

Kindred spirit here.I have been cut off 8 times since the 3rd of May. I ordered a package online which amounted to £71 per month...BB Elite (£17.50 for 3 months), supreme tv, unlimited talk, tv drive and talk mobile all came to £71 per month. So the first bill after 10 days was £182 and they cut me off cos the credit limit was £120. 15 phone calls later they changed the credit limit to £200. Then changed it to £180. Then altered the package without telling us. We have NEVER been billed the right amount for the service I bought online. They argued that there was no such offer as 3 months half price Elite BBI although it is on the website. They eventually offered a package of.....you guessed it £50 a month for all 3 services! Then cut us off. I now have starter tv, 4 meg BBI and standard phone line. I asked to have the service removed.......they said yes if you pay us £300... .ie a years subscription. I said "let me think about that...eh naw!"

Trapped...
