Pleasant Suprise!

Ive had broadband for about 3yrs now and im an extremely happy customer.

However NTL stopped sending me bills for some unknown reason, then the price was increased to £37.99 for the broadband package I was on then reduced again to £35 as it is now (10Meg).

I wasnt really informed about when these price changes were being introduced or anything.

I carried on paying £37.99 sometimes £40 just as it was a nice round figure

I have now discovered I am £200 in credit on my broadband account!!!

Wooohoooo
I dont have to pay for my broadband now for 6Months!!

What a result

Re: Pleasant Suprise!

Ummm where is the pleasent suprise?

You have already paid so it's not like your getting anything for free???

Why not pay another £200 today and you don't have to pay out anymore for the next 12 months!
