Anyone got an NTL Ambit cable modem install CD/drivers?

We urgently need to get back online after a re-install, and can't find the cable modem drivers.
NTL say it will take "about a week" to get a new cd out. Does anyone know of an ISO of the install CD, or where I can find enough drivers to get the Ambit ntl cable modem re-installed for USB on a Win2K machine? Thanks!

The CM drivers can be found here.

Any reason for not installing a £10 LAN card? You would get better performance than with USB!
