I was browsing through the modem info on 192.168.100.1 and i came across the above info. Can someone please explain why the last line says failed? i am presumming some sort of upgrade has failed? im on 2Mb BB only not tv or phone from NTL
Probably some form of software update which couldn't complete, if it's working ok then don't worry too much. If you want it to try again you could try turning the power off to the modem, wait a couple of mins and then turn it back on. While it's working though I wouldn't be too worried
