Tivo V6 Copy fav channels

I can not for the life of me find instructions on how to copy shows , the link not the recording from one box to another. I know it can be done. As I have done it when this box was put it. Thinking it will be swapped out again

It used to be https://manage-virgintvgo.virginmedia.com/tivo/ - but that doesn't seem to work anymore.

It did stop working for well over a year but eventually did return. But now appears dead unless a new URL is in use.
