FRP Lock Samsung J4+
Hey everyone, my mother-in-law has dementia and she's long forgotten her google log in details or pin number for her phone.
We did a factory reset and have now fallen fowl of the FRP lock which wants us to confirm her old credentials before it'll let us log in with the new gmail account we've created.
There are lots of websites that promise to remove the lock for a fee but we were wondering if there's a way to do it for free, or is it something the local back street mobile phone shop will do? Mrs G is very sceptical about using some unknown website.
The phone's an old Samsung J4+, and I'll get her a new phone if we need to but we'd rather see how long this one takes to get lost or broken before we replace it as we're worried this could become expensive as she's getting quite clumsy.
Any advice would be great. Thanks.
