Best wireless ear Buds for bed.

Because of various medical issues that I have, I have difficulty sleeping. I only take sleeping tablets when I really have to.

I find that listening to ASMR does help me to fall asleep.

Can anyone recommend the best wireless ear buds for falling asleep with ie they will stay in place whilst i'm listening & turning over etc and won't become damaged when I (hopefully!) fall asleep with them in.

Many thanks.

You could consider one of these. I can't sleep with ear buds in so I use the Bluetooth speaker in the link below. It's very slim and works well slipped under my pillow at home.

The speaker has also been very useful during my periods in hospital over the last couple of years and as long as I position it correctly there does not seem to be any sound problems for any one trying to sleep around me and it certainly helps when I have to stay in a bed during treatments for my medical condition.

Re: Best wireless ear Buds for bed.

I have a pillow with a speaker built in. It relies on a 3.5mm jack and cable to connect to the music source which is fine as long as you’re not one for picking up your pillow and throwing it round in the night. It’s surprising how quiet you can have it set but still be able to hear it when you lie on it - handy if you don’t want to disturb the person lying next to you.

It’s similar to this: https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B005GF4C...2RYGDJSSCVWZQS
