Does ANYTHING ever get fixed !!
Oops something's broken
We're sorry this isn't the page you wanted
This part of the site isn't working at the moment, but it'll be up and running again soon. Please come back and try again later.
Other parts of the site might work as normal, so try using the links below to help you find what you want.

Still getting this message its at least an year since it started coming on, takes "running again soon " to a whole new meaning. Tried because BBC I player via V6 says broadband is not working . But it is very strange, tried to check for issues hence this message. Clear Virgin has not got any better in the intervening time I have been away.

Re: Does ANYTHING ever get fixed !!
Just checked all your links and they are all working for me over here in Manchester. Signed in on My Virgin Home and VM.com and got all the information including using the broadband options within the Help & Support pages.
I realise you have probably tried this but could using the mobile app https://www.virginmedia.com/help/wha...ia-connect-app give you an idea of what is happening?

Guess it might work but as the message is on an eternet
cabled PC & the message that BB is down was via the V6 message from BBC ( everything else is working ie V6, internet wireless and harded wired ) I guess it would not help a lot ! It says everything is ok but when I try to use this
Service status
03:18 pm on Sat 07 Sep
Broadband No known issues
Think something's wrong? press this button - run test (would not copy run test button that is were the message comes up from)
TV No known issues
Think something's wrong?
Phone No known issues
Think something's wrong?
Checked back -yes I kept a note ( sad huh) and that been the message for around 9 months.

Re: Does ANYTHING ever get fixed !!
Test your equipment Before we run our nifty service test, please check that the connections on your equipment are all nice and tightly secured, as this can sometimes be the source of the problem.
Our clever test process may restart all of your Virgin Media kit, including your Hub. It's nothing to worry about, it just means you may not be able to use it for up to 10 minutes. Ready to get started?
