Question Will VM pay for V/Mobile if internet is down after reporting issue?

Hi,

Does anyone know if Virgin Media, will pay for data used on a Virgin Mobile, if you go over your data allowence, when your internet is down after it has been reported to them?

And if so how does one go about claiming for this?

Our internet has been down times now this month, within 2 weeks of each other which appears to be the same issue T3.

Last time it was a network issue.
I have contacted someone on the VM forum who works for them and asking if it is a network issue.

No, but they will usually credit your account with an amount to cover the downtime. Not all of them do but more often than not they have when i've had problems, they credited my account with £14 the other day for example and i was only having hourly drop outs for a minute or two at a time.
