Paying more now for a worse service?
The last few weeks I've had lots of issues with my tivo and WiFi. My tivo is incredibly slow to do everything, it's absolutely terrible, catch up and boxsets only work sometimes and last night tried to watch something from my series link and I couldn't fast forward, each time I tried it went back to the beginning and I've now had an email telling me my bill is going up because of all these wonderful improvements. My WiFi is also suffering nothing in the house has changed but I find I use my mobile data instead of WiFi because it's too slow and the sons xbox now has to be hard wired otherwise it's constantly dropping out, it's all getting ridiculous, might be time for change.
